We recently translated these synthesis placemats that RÉCITUS created. They are an excellent way for students to track what they have learned about a society during a particular time period.
Students complete the placemats as they progress through class activities and explore sources of information, like the pages of the Societies and Territories website. Then, students can use their completed placemats to review topics or complete a cumulative activity like a Makey-Makey model or an interactive timeline.
The placemats are accessible via Google Docs below. If you click on the file tab of the document, you can print the placemats or make a copy and adapt them for your students.
