How do people, places, objects and songs become elements of a culture?

In this activity, students will explore how people and objects become culturally significant. They will ask a guardian to help them identify an old object in their house and interview them about the objects significance. Then, they will explore people and items that were culturally significant in Quebec society around 1905. Finally, they will create a podcast or a presentation about the object they found and present the object to their peers.
