Learning about a historical figure from your local community or a specific territoryA territory is an area of land, or sometimes of sea, that we can say "belongs".../society? Why not create a short story about them and what they did to change/ contribute to society using Scratch?

Teachers
In this open-ended activity, students will research a historical figure and program a short scenario about what they learned. Students could research someone from a particular territoryA territory is an area of land, or sometimes of sea, that we can say "belongs"... or society they are learning about. They could also program a story related to a specific historic event.
Students could build a scenario from ‘scratch’ or remix a previously created project available on the ‘Explore” section of the Scratch website.
