Students establish facts about Jacques Cartier, situate events in time, and consider the impacts of those events on Indigenous peoples.

What are some characteristics of Iroquoian Nations?

In this activity, students will establish which Iroquoian Nations have established communities in Quebec. They will then explore a document collection and establish facts about Iroquoian Nations. When done, they can create a graphic to illustrate the facts established.
